SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WITHIN HUNGARY

 

We continuously inform you about the status of your order in email updates and through our customer service. In case of home delivery, you will need to provide your address, name, mobile number, and email address. If you are not purchasing as an individual, the company name, billing address, or shipping address should also be provided if it is not the same as the billing address.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

 

As you may know, KATA FONT HOME is a small company, we mostly producing our products made-to-order & we don't do stockpiling. Time of production is usually between 10-14 working days, from this, the delivery takes 2-3 working days. We deliver our products with GLS, or we take them ourselves in case of adresses nearby.

WAYS OF GETTING YOUR ORDER

​

We only provide home delivery. When placing an order please give a shipping address where you can receive the package at that period, such as a workplace. In case of unsuccessful delivery, you may not be receiving the package the next working day but rather at a time discussed by you and the courier.

RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE

​

Once your order is processed your invoice will be made by számlázz.hu and we send it - together with the delivery time - to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. 

​

Orders are processed on workdays, between 9 am and 5 pm. Of course, an order may be placed outside these hours through our webshop, in which case our team will process the order within the following workday.

EXCHANGING ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE

​

You can exchange your item for a different colour (or even a different product) within 14 days from receipt. Please note, that the production time of the new product takes 10-14 working days for us. For items bought online, the customer's return and shipping costs of the new item are borne by the customer. For the new item sent to you, the current shipping rate in force will apply, for which you will receive an invoice. Returns can be made by post, courier service, or in person, but in every case, products must be returned to the following address:​

RETURNING ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE

We trust that you will like your order, but you can change your mind and return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The return period of 14 days begins when your order is delivered.

Returns can be made by post, courier service, or in person, but in every case, products must be returned to the following address:

If you return your order to any other address, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund.

Following a return, you may choose from the below options:

​

• we are happy to replace the product with a different colour or another product (made-to-order,  within the 14 workdays production time)

• we can put the value of the product on a voucher or gift card, which you can redeem online at any time in the future, or you can even pass it on to anyone you want (to redeem the voucher, you will need to type in your code at checkout)

• or you can request a refund for the purchase, which we will fulfil via Paypal or bank transfer and send you a cancellation invoice related to the refund.

 

In the event of a defective or damaged product, the cost of return will be reimbursed together with the product's price; however, if the return is for any other reason, the shipping fee will not be covered by KATA FONT HOME and will be borne by the customer.
